Innovating Go-Kart into Automatic using ESP32 and AWS IOT Core<

  • Role & Responsibilities: I was in charge of overseeing the project from start to finish as the team leader. I oversaw a three-person team that was in charge of the project's business plan and innovation of the go-kart. I collaborated extensively with the mechanical and IT team members to make sure we had a thorough understanding of the project's components. I also worked with the rest of the team to make sure that our deadlines and spending were fulfilled.
  • Description:Our project required transforming a standard go-kart into an automated vehicle by utilising ESP32 and other electrical components. To make the go-kart more efficient and user-friendly, we included tilt sensors, LDR sensors for automated lights on/off, GPS sensors, and Bpm sensors. Our team used Amazon IOT Core and the C++ programming language to guarantee that the go-kart ran smoothly and that the data obtained from the sensors was handled and analysed correctly. Our team was made up of 25 people, 21 from the mechanical branch and 4 from the IT department. We collaborated to create a detailed project plan and verify that all components were appropriately integrated. The innovation and business strategy we devised helped us win two awards: first place at the Racy Academy and Club for Youth in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and second place at the Edgeline Championship in Pune. Ultimately, our study highlighted the possibility of combining electronic components with traditional mechanical systems to build more efficient and user-friendly automobiles. Our team was honoured to be acknowledged for our efforts since our innovation and business plan laid a solid basis for future growth in this sector.

Habit Builder - A Windows Application

  • Frontend Developer: Develops the user interface of the application using HTML and CSS.
  • Habit Builder is a Windows application created as part of a college project by a team of four students. The application's objective is to assist users create healthy habits and avoid undesirable ones. The programme allows users to create healthy behaviours and measure their daily development. For example, if a person creates a habit of studying for two hours each day and completes the assignment, they will gain points. These points may be used to purchase avatars or other incentives within the application. If the user does not finish a task, they will forfeit the points they gained previously. Users may also create reminders for their behaviours and track their progress over time with the programme. The application's frontend is built with HTML and CSS, while the backend is built with Java.
